All the text in the interface of Relaxation in Schools is provided below as portable document format (PDF) files, which can be viewed onscreen or printed out. To make PDFs appear in a new window, open Adobe Reader, select Edit>Preferences, click on Internet, and then untick Display PDF in Browser.
