Drawing
The two ‘drawing’ presentations aim to help students learn about the process of drawing, both as a skill and a tool for investigation and expression. They are designed to show ideas about the process of drawing rather than exemplars of high quality art in a finished state.
Still-life and landscape have been chosen because of the breadth of these as subject matter for drawing. However, attention should be focused on the process and what students can actually take from the ideas presented when creating their own work, regardless of the subject matter they choose.
