Sikhs can worship God by themselves or as part of a sangat. The sangat is a congregation of Sikhs who come together at a gurdwara (a Sikh place of worship). Sikhs believe that God rejoices in the sangat’s group worship, and may become more visible to the sangat through this happiness. |
