Gathering information
Before you enter pupils’ details into the tracking spreadsheet, you will need to make sure that you have the data you need. You may be able export pupils’ details from your school’s central data system, but you might also need to ask class teachers or other members of staff for pupils’ most recent attainment data or other information.
The form below can be used to gather the information you need from the relevant staff. It is designed to be adapted for your own use, so you can remove the fields for any details you already have, or that you decide not to track:
The bottom section of the form is meant for staff to indicate which provision paid for by the Pupil Premium each pupil uses or benefits from. The different types of provision will need to be filled in by you, ideally in the same order as they appear on the Spending worksheet of the tracking spreadsheet.
