Informing staff

Staff are the most important group to keep informed about the Pupil Premium, since they are in charge of delivering the extra provision that it funds. They need to know:

• which of the pupils who they teach, or come into contact with, are eligible for the Pupil Premium
• what the Pupil Premium money is being spent on
• what the school’s targets are for Pupil Premium funding, how success is going to be measured, and what their responsibilities are for gathering and reporting data
• the latest information about what success the Pupil Premium-funded provision is having
• if they themselves are being wholly or partly funded by the Pupil Premium.
