Optical illusions

This section is mainly ‘just for fun’, since solutions are easily found by measuring, even though these normally contradict students’ initial impressions. The illusions can act as a good stimulus for discussion and a starting point for written tasks.

Note that some illusions will not work when used with a projector, so are presented as worksheets only.
