Shiva

Shiva is the god of destruction. However, through destruction, Shiva makes it possible for the universe to be reborn, therefore maintaining eternal cycles of creation, preservation and destruction.

Shiva is sometimes represented as the Lord of the Dance, guiding the universe through the cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth.

Shiva’s consort is Parvati.
